Innovative Lmeca that shines its excellence in the world
Kang jung-kil CEO of Lmeca Co., Ltd.
One day in 2008, I, coincidentally, visited the home of a seriously ill patient with a suction system.
While pulling out the phlegm of her husband, a seriously ill patient,
an old lady said to her husband several times “Honey, does it hurt? It’s my fault. I am so sorry!
Looking at her feeling a pain with new ideas and ceaseless effort as if the phlegm had been pulled out, I got close to them and saw tears suctioning coming out of the patient's eyes due to the pain from suctioning.
I knew the patient's pain from suctioning, but I never imagined that the caregiver's pain could be that much.
Looking at a picture of Jesus and the Virgin Mary, I wondered if that might be the reason I was born.
So, I decided to develop an unmanned automatic suction system for alleviating the pain of caregivers and for responding to the demand for improvement in the quality of medical service by the presidents of nursing hospitals who are struggling with minimum wage increase and restrictions on employment hours.
It would be great if I can reduce the physical and mental pain of patients and guardians even if just a little.
Thank you.
